It is AMTRAN's policy that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) shall have the maximum feasible opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with Authority funds. The Authority and its employees shall not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the award and performance of Authority contracts.

FY 2020, 2021 and 2022 THREE-YEAR DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) GOAL FOR ALTOONA METRO TRANSIT (AMTRAN) AUTHORITY
Altoona Metro Transit (AMTRAN) is proposing a 0.32% DBE goal for FY 2020, 2021 and 2022. This is required by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for Department of Transportation assisted contracts pursuant to Federal Regulations 49 CFR, Part 26 to be submitted by August 1, 2019.
